Make your Mark.
Right Here,
Right Now.
We are BildGroup and we are built differently
We are a business built on family values who have grown to be a major corporation. Our goal is not to be the biggest, although we love being successful, we simply don’t just define that by how much we make or even how much we build. We define it by how much our people thrive. Where every member of our community is doing and being their best every day and we always stand up for each other. Because that’s what families do.
Our purpose
We are a business fuelled by family, here to fulfil the potential of our people and our community.
Our values

Inspired by
people.
We respect the person, embrace our diversity and stand up for each other. Always.
People.
We are here for each other. To bring our best and push us when we need it. For better or worse, we strive to treat each other like family, and like any family, we might not always see eye to ey, but we stand up for each other always.

Focused on partnerships.
We do the best by and for our partners and community. We say what we mean and do what we say.
Partnerships.
We are here for our partners. For everyone we work with, we understand this is not just a business relationship. This is people working as a team. So we always act with integrity and transparency, and we focus on long term gains alongside short term successes.

Determined to make progress.
We work to improve a little every day. We strive to succeed, but we always learn.
Progress.
We are here to get stuff done, because progress doesn’t just happen. You have to make it, and we’ve been making it by trying to do things a little bit better everyday for over 40 years. We know we’re not always perfect, but it’s what we strive for every single day.

Fulfilling our potential.
We keep each other safe and encourage one another to bring our best.
Potential.
We are here to be the best we can be. We believe what we do is important and worth doing right. But even more important is fulfilling the potential of everyone who works with us, and unlocking the potential of communities we build and live in.
We are here to help fulfil your potential in a place that inspires you.
Where you belong, stay safe, grow and make a difference.
We’re more than a workplace. Inspired by our people, we are committed to creating an environment where every team member finds their place.

Senior Project Manager – Energy
Responsibilities
- You’ll belong from day one. We invest in genuine connection, inclusion, and gender diversity so every person on the team feels at home.
- Your safety and wellbeing matter to us. From income protection to an Employee Assistance Program, we make sure you and your family have real support behind you.
- We back your growth. Through our learning platform, leadership programs, and referral rewards, there’s always a next step available if you want it.
- We do work that matters beyond the worksite. Volunteering, community partnerships, and our internal innovation initiative b.hive connect you to impact that goes further than the job.
Requirements
This is a genuine ground-floor role. You’ll start embedded in Melbourne, working alongside our estimating team to price and shape a growing pipeline of energy tenders. As we win work, you’ll stand up and run those projects, build your team, and grow into leading the business. It’s a role with real autonomy, real scope, and a clear path to something bigger.
What we’re looking for:
- Senior experience delivering civil or infrastructure projects — energy or renewables sector experience (substations, wind, solar, BESS, terminal stations) highly regarded
- Proven bid, tender, or estimating experience — or a strong track record and genuine appetite to build it
- Strong commercial acumen and solid contract knowledge across variations, claims, and tender alignment
- Proven leadership and the ability to build high-performing teams and strong client relationships
- Civil Engineering degree or equivalent; MIEAust well regarded
- Willingness to travel interstate and work FIFO/DIDO as projects are secured — this is a firm requirement of the role

Requirements
Two parts of this job do not exist yet: full inventory management in Gearbox, and a control system for high value tools. You will build both.
What you will be doing
- Receipting, storing, labelling and issuing parts, consumables, fluids, tools and PPE
- Raising purchase orders and allocating every part to a work order, plant item or cost centre
- Setting and maintaining minimum and maximum stock levels and reorder points
- Running stocktakes and cycle counts, investigating variances and correcting them
- Picking and staging parts ahead of field service jobs so crews are not waiting
- Storing and issuing fuels, oils, chemicals and gas bottles, and keeping safety data sheets and the chemical register current
- Three or more years in stores, parts, inventory, purchasing or warehousing
- Proven stock control: receipting, issuing, min and max levels, stocktakes and variance reconciliation
- Purchasing experience covering quotes, purchase orders and cost allocation
- Confident on an inventory, CMMS or ERP system, and sound on Excel
- Current forklift High Risk Work Licence (LF) and a current Australian driver licence
- Certificate III in Warehousing or Supply Chain Operations, and Gearbox experience, are both an advantage
You will be alongside the technicians and field crews every day. This suits someone who would rather be in an operating workshop than a warehouse.

Supervisor – Infra – SA
Responsibilities
- You’ll belong from day one. We invest in genuine connection, inclusion, and gender diversity so every person on the team feels at home.
- Your safety and wellbeing matter to us. From income protection to an Employee Assistance Program, we make sure you and your family have real support behind you.

- We do work that matters beyond the worksite. Volunteering, community partnerships, and our internal innovation initiative b.hive connect you to impact that goes further than the job.
Requirements
You will work between the Leading Hand and the Project Engineer or Project Manager. On a typical project the team runs lean: one to two Engineers, a Supervisor, and a Leading Hand, with a Construction Manager and Superintendent available but not always on site. That means real autonomy, real accountability, and a genuine expectation that you lead from the front.
Civil infrastructure experience is the core requirement. Candidates with a strong bulk earthworks background are equally encouraged to apply, provided they have the technical breadth to move across project disciplines.
What you will be doing:
- Supervising all areas of the project, including traffic management, drainage, earthworks, pavements, and services
- Coordinating and monitoring construction crews, plant, and subcontractors across concurrent work fronts
- Reading and interpreting subcontract documents, specifications, and drawings, and communicating requirements clearly to the crew
- Identifying drawing errors or omissions and escalating to the Project Engineer or Project Manager
- Conducting a minimum of two workplace inspections per week, proactively managing hazards, and immediately reporting and investigating incidents and near misses
- Maintaining accurate site records including diaries, progress reports, and contract notices
- Getting on the tools where required. This is a BildGroup expectation across Infrastructure, not an occasional ask
- Using Microsoft suite tools (including Teams, Excel, and SharePoint) for site reporting, communication, and documentation
What you will need:
- Minimum 5 years of civil construction experience, with time in a Supervisor or senior Leading Hand capacity
- Technical breadth across at least two or more of: traffic management, drainage, earthworks, pavements, and civil services
- Demonstrated willingness and ability to get on the tools when required
- Confidence using Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint) as part of your day-to-day workflow. This is non-negotiable
- Strong HSEQ capability: safety leadership by example, hazard and risk identification, and incident investigation
- Ability to read and interpret subcontract documents, specifications, and drawings
- Solid relationship management across clients, subcontractors, consultants, and community stakeholders
- White Card (Construction Induction), current
- Plant operator tickets
- OHS qualification
- Current First Aid certificate
- Traffic Management accreditation

Requirements
You make and document the architectural, design, and security decisions that currently sit with the CIO. You design and build integrations yourself. You set the standards the offshore automation team builds to, review their designs before build, and quality-assure their output. And you own a gated dev-to-test-to-production promotion process that removes direct offshore production access entirely.
The pipeline ahead is substantial — 50+ planned integrations connecting source systems to BildInsight, plus feeds from Shape Up systems including Donesafe and Gearbox. You are not inheriting a finished platform. You are building the architecture that makes it production-grade, secure, and scalable, then delivering against it.
To be successful you will bring:
- Substantial hands-on experience designing and building enterprise data and integration platforms — Microsoft Fabric, Azure, or a directly comparable cloud data stack
- Proven track record architecting and delivering system integrations via APIs, connectors, and event-driven patterns
- Demonstrated production environment ownership — release management, environment promotion controls, and the discipline to enforce them
- Experience setting technical standards and directing or reviewing the work of other developers, including offshore teams
- Sound understanding of data security, role-based access, and secure-by-design principles across a data and integration estate
- Clear communication across technical peers and non-technical stakeholders alike
- Power Platform, Power BI, and AI/LLM data enablement experience is highly regarded
- Construction or infrastructure industry background is an advantage
