Seeking an experienced Landscape supervisor in Geelong.

The Role:

  • Lead a team to deliver high quality commercial landscape projects under budget and ahead of the program in Geelong and the Western Suburbs of Greater Melbourne;
  • Managing, motivating, supervising, and directing site team and sub-contractors;
  • Assist with onsite documentation, ordering materials, managing plant and labor resourcing, recording daily activities, and tracking costs
  • Maintain a strong safety culture;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders; and
  • Mentor and upskill junior staff.

Candidates must meet the following:

  • Proven track record in delivering high-quality commercial landscape works;
  • Strong understanding of landscape construction best practices;
  • Friendly, energetic, enthusiastic leadership skills;
  • Committed to safety and quality;
  • Preferably have qualifications in landscape construction (Cert III or related field);
  • Excellent planning and time management skills including experience with coordinating resources such as plant, labour, material and subcontractors;
  • Practical thinker and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with site personnel and relevant stakeholders; and
  • Good verbal and written references to verify the above.
