Join and manage the profiling team at Bitu-mill based at Campbellfield.About Bitu-mill:

About the Role:
The Operations Manager is a crucial role within the organisation and is responsible for the delivery of leadership by providing operational experience to achieve cost control, safety performance and overall operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement “best practice” methodologies to improve operations;
- Evaluate performance and complete annual staff Performance Reviews. Provides regular performance feedback to direct reports;
- Operate a machine when required to meet project and operation needs – including nights and weekends;
- Actively manage and ensure the OH&S, environmental and IR obligations are being met on site;
- Ensure safe working practices and employee compliance to all OH&S and Injury Management policies and procedures;
- Communicate and liaise with the client ensuring a strong relationship is created, a successful outcome on the project / works and the relationship for future opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience in operating a profiler and relevant tickets (Desirable)
- 5+ years’ experience in supervision in the Profiling industry
- Confidence to present and deliver training and safety presentations to around 40+ staff
- Promoting and developing a strong culture aligned to company values
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn
