We are currently seeking a highly motivated Project Commercial Manager to work for our Civil Infrastructure businessAbout Bild Group:

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Manager to provide high level of commercial management and contract administration to the business.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Understanding and administering head Contract terms and conditions.
- Assist Project Director to compile monthly performance reports, as required
- Compiling monthly progress claims, with review by the Project Director for submission to the Client
- Updating payment claim and payment certificate in finance system (i.e. Vista) for invoice generation
- Submission of Client invoice and payment tracking for invoice payment by due date
- Produce monthly cash flow position based on progress claims
- Assisting project team with cost forecasting, monthly reviews, procurement plans
- Providing supporting financial information required by clients and auditors
- Clear recording keeping for open book Project auditing and client documentation
- Provide review, guidance, and support to project team with Subcontract agreements and variations.
Qualifications & Skills:
3 years’ experience in industry
Document control experience (i.e. TeamBinder)
Cost administration and management experience
Contract Administration experience
Good understanding of cost forecasting and detailed analysis financial parameters
Ability to prepare accurate and timely documentation
Effective communication skills
(Desirable but not essential) Completed / Currently completing a business administration certification or diploma
