We are pleased to welcome Matthew Dinnison to BildGroup as our new Chief Executive Officer.
Matthew joins us at an important stage in our journey. With more than 25 years of leadership experience across Australia’s civil infrastructure sector, he brings a leadership approach that closely aligns with how we work and what we value as a business.
Matthew has held senior leadership roles delivering complex infrastructure projects across water, utilities, roads, rail, bridges and buildings. His focus has consistently been on safety, disciplined delivery and building capable teams that perform well over the long term.
At the heart of Matthew’s approach is a strong belief that good outcomes are built by people who are supported to do their best work. That emphasis on people, accountability and doing things properly reflects the culture that underpins BildGroup.
