Thanks for your interest in the Bitu-mill Pathways Program. Before you fill in the form below, here’s a quick summary of what you’re applying for and what to expect.
What the program is.
Paid work. Real training. A qualifications that is yours.
The Pathways Program is a two-year, paid employment program with Bitu-mill. You’ll work on live road profiling and asphalt paving projects alongside experienced crew, and come away with a Certificate III or traineeship in Bituminous Surfacing, Maintenance, Profiling or Mechanics.
You don’t need a CV, a trade background or prior experience. We’re looking for people who show up, work hard and want to build something they can be proud of.
What the program offers.
- Paid employment: Paid from day one. No unpaid trial periods, no exceptions.
- Structured training: Two years of on-the-job training with an experienced crew.
- Industry qualification: A nationally recognised Certificate III. It belongs to you, regardless of where your career goes next.
- Real support: A dedicated Training Manager, an individual support plan and an Employee Assistance Program covering mental health, financial guidance and family matters.
- Career pathways: Progression to skilled operator, crew leader or supervisor for those who want it.
