Accolade Drainage Reserve

Balancing open space, community and environment

Resi Ventures engaged our landscape team to create the Accolade Drainage Reserve, a project focused on safe, accessible, and sustainable green space. Soil grading and concrete construction formed the backbone of the reserve, with bollard fencing and park furniture ensuring usability for all. Fitness equipment was incorporated to encourage active recreation, while wetland planting, tree planting, and tubestock established a natural environment that supports biodiversity.

Grass seeding completed the transformation, resulting in an attractive balance of open space, community amenity, and environmental function. The reserve now offers recreation opportunities, supports local ecosystems, and provides a safe space for residents to connect with nature.
