Atherstone Estate

A masterplanned community

The Atherstone Estate is a master-planned community where BildGroup showcased our diverse capabilities. With our urban, infrastructure, landscaping, and asphalting teams working together, we delivered a project that will eventually house around 4,000 residents. Our work at the estate involved many tasks, including subdivision works, bridges, wetlands, sports fields, parklands, and streetscapes, all while maintaining well-resourced and safe teams.

Our efforts resulted in the successful construction of significant infrastructure, including:

• the construction of 70-metre bridge,
• over 40,000 square metres of new roads,
• more than 70,000 square meters of new paths, and
• the creation of over 200 new lots.

The project involved complex excavation for wetlands in heavy rock conditions, including the development of retarding basins, channels, and sediment ponds. We completed sewer, drainage, and water reticulation, installed electrical and telecommunications assets, constructed signalised intersections and collector roads, and carried out extensive asphalt works for roadways and carparks. Additionally, our landscaping team transformed parks and streetscapes, contributing to the estate’s aesthetic and environmental appeal.
