Building a resilient reserve for the community

Lendlease entrusted our landscape team with the delivery of the Atherstone Wilton Fields Linear Drainage Reserve Part B. The project involved significant civil and landscaping works, including bulk earthworks, drainage construction, bluestone paving, and the installation of furniture, bollards, access gates, and irrigation infrastructure. Planting of trees, shrubs, turf, and garden beds created a resilient and visually appealing reserve.

Durable infrastructure such as bluestone walls and paths ensures the space is functional and accessible, while extensive softscaping enhances greenery and ecological value. The finished reserve supports stormwater management, provides recreational amenities, and offers a high-quality open space for residents. It’s a testament to thoughtful design and community-focused delivery.
