Averley Estate Park

A park with a view

BildGroups landscapes team had the great pleasure of partnering with Urban Edge to create this beautiful green space for the local community of Nar Nar Goon on the behalf of our client Lendlease Communities.

This expansive green space spans over 5,000 m² and features a lush turf perfect for a friendly game of kick to kick and includes 3,000 m² of vibrant garden beds with 160 stunning trees.

A standout feature of the park is the giant bird’s nest play structure, complete with multiple levels and two slides. We also constructed a nature play area, including a maze, balance beams, and rock formations for climbing and exploration.

Additionally, we have built custom shelters and a BBQ area to complete the park, offering a perfect spot for social gatherings and relaxation.
