Silo Park – a place for everyone

BildGroup’s landscape team had the privilege of bringing the heart of Clyde to life with the creation of Five Farms Reserve. Partnering with Frasers Property Group and Beveridge Williams Landscape Architects, we set out to celebrate the area’s rich farming heritage while enhancing community accessibility.

The centerpiece, Silo Park, honours the original farm and grain silos that once stood in the area. This vibrant space invites families and friends to gather and enjoy a variety of activities and amenities.

A standout feature of Silo Park is the custom-designed play structure, soaring 12 metres high. This exhilarating structure offers a unique vantage point of the surrounding landscape and endless fun for children and adults alike.

Silo Park was designed with inclusivity in mind, in collaboration with the Touched By Olivia Foundation. The park includes wheelchair-friendly features such as a carousel, ramp access, and a sand pit, ensuring that all children can play and have fun.

Additional features include several shelters, a BBQ entertainment area, a playground, a basketball court, fitness equipment, and public toilets. This well-rounded space allows the community to relax, play, and create lasting memories.
