Top-of-the-line indoor football field construction

BildGroup’s sports fields and surfaces team had the absolute privilege of working closely with our client to bring to life an exceptional project at their new high-performance indoor training facility.

At the heart of this project was the 1,990m² indoor synthetic AFL field. For surfacing the field of play, FieldTurf’s RGF XM7 60-10.5 was selected. The surface was laid over ProPlay 20mm (N) shock pad and infilled using the environmentally sound PureFill Cork Infill. This system is AFL certified and provides users with a high level of comfort, safety, and elite performance.

The $290,000 project was completed in November 2022. But, our work didn’t stop at handover. Our highly trained team of professionals provided regular maintenance and support for the new facility to ensure the playing surface remained in top condition for the rigours of AFL football.
